The film aims to show how the dreams of one group, the Jews, who for centuries longed to have their own State, can imprison the dreams of another group, the Palestinians. Alongside that aim, we are shown the ways in which the Israelis control the Palestinian people: rationing water, limits on moving from place to place, on thought and on culture.
